Weekly shampoos and deep conditioners are working. I'll be mini twisting soon though and I'll continue to shampoo and deep condition weekly.

Hair update

Shampooing and deep conditioning my hair weekly is working. I use shea moisture retention shampoo followed by any deep conditioner. The shea moisture jbco shampoo was too stripping.
